Daniel J. Bender is a senior litigation consultant at Digital Evidence Group. An experienced trial attorney, Mr. Bender received his J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut and his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has guest lectured on demonstratives at American University’s Washington College of Law and taught Legal Technology, Introductory Litigation and Advanced Litigation at Georgetown University’s Paralegal Studies Program. A frequent writer on demonstratives, Mr. Bender has been published by the American Bar Association’s First Chair Press, Law360, The Am Law Daily, Trial Practice/American Bar Association Section of Litigation, and Practicing Law Institute.
